идея не очень хорошая.
не будет оптимизации запроса.
В идеале - так строить запрос - а потом его прозрачно выполнять.
Вроде
select( new Predicate() {...}).orderedBy(new Predicate() {...}).groupedBy(...).go();
Есть пакет работы с матрицами с похожим подходом.
