cheap investigation
I've been having troubles on my xp: first, "indexer" was taking up to 40% of its time, for some, hey
109,
ygam, weird reason; but that's okay, I have time for reading livejournal.
The bigger problem was that every other build android is unable to build because 'gen' directory is taken over by some (some idiot, I presume). So, I have to go ahead and download Process Explorer, and what do I see? cisvc.exe - the same brazen idiot that is "indexing" my files, interfering with my job.
Fuck! Fuck! And I cannot do my work on Linux, since... let me see... hmm... maybe I can. Will think about it.

While Nvidia is not open-source friendly
(despite [0]public outcries over the years), they have traditionally
supported the [1]xf86-video-nv driver to provide basic mode setting
support and other basic functionality. However, with the 'Fermi' and
future products, even that open-source support will cease to exist.
