В Contacts, regexp для валидации e-mail field не понимает gmail-овский стандарт. Email вида Name+something@gmail.com выдают ошибку.

Ага, поторопился. Моя ошибка. Regexp правильно понимает gmail адреса. Извините.

Ну по мелочи.

Required fields не обозначены. Логика формы работает так -- Message field заполнен, другие поля не обязательны.

Однако если Message заполнен, то в email field regexp слегка глючит. Пропускает email адреса без доменов. То есть адрес вида Name@gmail (без .com) пропустит без сообщения об ошибке. UPD - То есть тьфу опять поторопился, валидация вообще игнорирует налицие домена в email. С Message или без.

Ну и в Phone field никакой валидации нет.
