Sec. 14-83. - Public exposure of specified anatomical parts unlawful.

It shall be unlawful for any person to intentionally appear in any public place in such a state of dress or undress so as to expose to the view of others the human male or female genitals, pubic area, pubic hair, buttocks, anus, vulva or any portion of the female breast at or below the areola thereof.

Sec. 11-122. - Written statement of cost required; signature required prior to application.

Required. (a)

A performance or original art work or exhibition may take place only in designated areas, and only between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. on Sundays through Thursdays and between 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.

(a)

Each driver in a funeral or other procession shall drive as near to the right-hand edge of the roadway as is practical.

(b)

Each driver in a funeral or other procession shall follow the vehicle ahead as close as is practical and safe.

No driver of a vehicle shall drive between the vehicles comprising a funeral or other authorized procession while they are in motion, except as otherwise directed by police officers.

Хм, значит, если кто-то сильно настаивает на священности законодательства в части 14-83, то можно этот довод парировать требованием вот прям щас признать столь же священными остальные части законодательства, в частности, 11-245?

Мы, как-то будучи в Штатах ещё туристами лет 20 назад, переодевались на диком пляже где-то на Кейп Коде, завернувшись в полотенца и местный прохожий предупредил, что это квалифицируется как indecent exposure.

На тот момент мы уже жили пару лет в Стокгольме, где народ для того, чтобы переодеться на городском пляже, просто отходил в сторону и поворачивался спиной

По нонешним временам город может быть захвачен нац. гвардией и передан под управление специально назначенного комитета за узаконивание сексизма в своём законодательстве упоминанием таких придуманных терминов как male or female genitals, вернее сексистское разделение на таковые.
