Sec. 14-83. - Public exposure of specified anatomical parts unlawful.

It shall be unlawful for any person to intentionally appear in any public place in such a state of dress or undress so as to expose to the view of others the human male or female genitals, pubic area, pubic hair, buttocks, anus, vulva or any portion of the female breast at or below the areola thereof.

Sec. 11-122. - Written statement of cost required; signature required prior to application.

(a)

Required. No person shall commence or initiate application of a temporary tattoo without first furnishing to the customer a written statement showing the final total cost of the service to be purchased by the customer. The statement shall be signed by the adult customer or the parent or legal guardian of customer under 18 years of age. The statement shall include the cost of the tattoo selected, the cost of custom work, if any, and the total cost to the customer, and shall be in substantially the form following:...

(a)

A performance or original art work or exhibition may take place only in designated areas, and only between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. on Sundays through Thursdays and between 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.

Sec. 12-51. - Funeral and other processions.

(a)

Each driver in a funeral or other procession shall drive as near to the right-hand edge of the roadway as is practical.

(b)

Each driver in a funeral or other procession shall follow the vehicle ahead as close as is practical and safe.

(c)

No driver of a vehicle shall drive between the vehicles comprising a funeral or other authorized procession while they are in motion, except as otherwise directed by police officers.

В Берлине меня поразило - детский сад гуляет в парке; какие-то дети захотели искупаться в фонтане; воспиталка им разрешила; они разделись и полезли в фонтан. По-моему, это культура. Хоть я и не фанат Германии.

А тут... бывают всякие пляжи. Тем более на Кейп Коде. Мы первый год тоже не стеснялись, ходили на такие пляжи. Но там народ не вполне адекватный.

Друг впервые поехавший в Европу (Франция) в 1991 году, тогда ещё из Израиля со смехом рассказывал, как в Ницце на пляже он пытался переодеться прикрываясь ручным полотенцем одной рукой (он парень крупный и оно на нём ну никак само не могло удержаться), а второй рукой пытаясь натянуть на себя плавки. Так вот когда он, наконец, сумел это сделать, вокруг раздались восторженные аплодисменты.

В СССР когда-то бывали плавки с завязочками. С ними проще.

Уж очень минималистичные были эти плавки с завязочками с одной стороны. Не знаю как в Европе, но в Америке не поймут.
