looking for jsp hosting

My requirements are:

jsp & php;

~1G space;

~100M monthly traffic

no country blocking

at least 5 domains

preferrably, static IP

up to $20/mo

So far I found these:

midphase.com: jvm 1.4.2; see reseller, thrillhost.com - ~$17/mo

eroute.com: $17/mo; 1) Currently only provide domain pointing, eg. www.site1.com =
www.site2.com, so they will share the same content. 2) Static IP is an option which is 3 US $ per month. 3. No country blocking.

micfo.com: called them, asked about their jvm version - promised to mail me; never did

iandone.com: seems to have no jsp

Meaning... midphase.com

Update. midphase.com charges $23+ per each additional domain hosted with them (I have four). So, I called them again and cancelled my account. And now I'm opening one with godaddy - their registration services are, I think, perfect. And they are in Phonix, I guess (as if it meant anything).
