voice over dsl

I think I´m confused. I ordered voice and dsl from covad - now they have no trace of voice order, and say that all I ordered was dsl. Okay, I have a good dsl now, dedicated loop - what would be the right solution for voice? Skype? It would be also cool to have the telephones over wireless network - are there any?
