IntelliJ rant
Sep. 6th, 2006 10:30 amI know, I know. It is currently the best of the breed.
But when it hangs while parsing something unusual, I have to kill it. Several times a day.
And when it restarts, and it takes about several minutes, and I'm trying to check and answer my email - several times during its startup it takes away focus, so that whatever I was typing, or wherever my focus was, whatever I was trying to copy and paste, is lost due to that dumb, dumb, dumb behavior. A software should never, never grab focus. I am the owner of mouse focus.
