observations

Last week I saw my colleague standing in front of a PM, reporting him his progress, etc. Looked pretty military. After Tiananmen all Chinese students had to go to the army for military training. Tonight I saw him sitting, his legs stretched, together with that PM, and another guy was standing in front of them, reporting. Pretty weird, eh. We are in America, are not we?

OTOH, I still have to train that PM to come over in case he has questions; so far he tends to try to get me over to talk. He's a nice guy, but he grew in a cast society.

regarding category theory

Got a weird feeling that it has not changed much since, say, 1983. Weird.
