У меня на дворе пруд, и дек, и котята резвятся на деке, и время от времени падают в пруд. И прекрасно выплывают, никто их не учил. Без всякого естественного отбора, кто упал, тот и выплыл.

these idiots are telling us we should not get distracted, it's bad for our brains.

As an illustration of how a human can be creative without the internets, they show a picture, Mozart with the text "Requiem", and play eine kleine Nachtmusik - at this point I said enough distractions on idiots. The next picture was Shakespeare with three huge volumes, "Hamlet", "Otello", something else. Obviously the idiots not only never read or saw these plays, the never saw them in the books. They are probably MBAs in Psychology, that is, totally ignorant uneducated assholes.
