Не могу переносить людей, которые с таким удовольствием желают тем или иным лицам сидеть по тюрьмам - от Асанжа до Навального. Нет, я не желаю этим желающим самим провести хотя бы вечерок. Я желаю им быть немножко поумнее, что ли. Но дело не в уме. Дело в каком-то ожесточении. Причём, это на 99% происходит среди русскоязычных собеседников.

I would not say I am very satisfied. I believe she is, as they say on tv, embedded with them.

"we are flat"

Some years ago, I was frequently hearing stuff like "our company has a flat structure", "we are very flat", etc. That's both from outside, when you go interviewing, and from inside when you ask wtf where's my raise. My next question usually was, so, your salary is the same as that of a qa? The answer was, well, not exactly flat, but almost. Which basically means "you are the same kind of shit to me as everyone else".

Have not heard this crap for a while now, and I wonder what's happening. Either the world has changed, or the companies I talk to are different, or it is just me. Seems like nobody is claiming to be "flat".

...like Shai-Hulud, fall apart into 1000 small little startups. Mid-level managers then will go fuck themselves (I mean, "become realtors", as they always do when they are thrown out).

But well... They still have 5 years left, as I understand.
