something I don't get
Apr. 29th, 2014 07:08 amAn owner of a baseball team said some racial stuff. Ok; we have 1st amendment, he can do it. There's no law against bad people saying bad things.
But baseball association, whatever it is called, wants to fine him etc. If he were Tom Cruz (Cruise, whatever), and they stopped hiring him, that's some kind of witch hunting, a little bit, but well, they are in their right.
But now an owner. Say, Sergey Brin says something about both Africans and Russians. Now what? Kick him out from Google? Take away his share? Would be convenient, right?
