2. Promote nuclear energy.
3. Electrify railroads.
4. Subsidize electric cars enough to make them a reasonable choice.
5. Cheap fast internet, so working from home could be a feasible alternative to commute.
6. Tax "organic produce" (it's an inefficient scam).
7. Close coal mines.
