So sorry that the prep material was vague. Let me try answering your questions here, but happy to hop on a call as well to clarify anything.

 

The practice questions are supposed to be baseline, warmup questions. We recommend candidates practicing medium level problems on hackerrank or leetcode etc for both SQL and Coding.

 

In terms of seniority, reason I reached out to you is because we’re primarily only recruiting for senior level candidates at the moment. The description is a bit generic, and we keep it this way on purpose so we can attract a wide range of candidates.

 

Just to give you an idea on our compensation, hard to say what the exact range will be at the moment. But our total compensation consists of base, bonus, and equity. We hedge more in areas that have a bigger upside (like bonus and equity). Comp ranges also vary with each level, and the level’s determined by how well you do on your interviews plus your overall experience. Not to mention, we’re always benchmarking against other tech companies in the area so we pay competitively.
