"I got chased by those homeless guys near that RV located in the CalTrain parking lot on Monterey and Ford. I called 911 while running, and dispatch didn't send anyone since I wasn't injured. So scary... is there something I can do?? I was lucky my dog was with me because he barked and they eventually slowed down and I lost them."
