A little bit of Covid, so there.
Watched a presentation online.
Renato asked me how I'm doing with this API update in Swagger, he did not see anything. Well, I had to read docs again, because I was not sure. But I just deployed the docs yesterday, to staging. But kaboom, the API looks fresh. Mission accomplished, in a mysterious way.
Then we had a 1-1 with Karen. Basically, just walked through some difficulties of our code base, and exchanged smiles. Everything's fine.
Then I worked a little bit - watching videos, etc. Watched Joe, the legendary genius that created all this complicated paradise. Not a master of speech, but ok.
Then Victor was giving a show, knowledge transfer. Kaboom, he showed the "main architecture picture". It is there! So, Victor's talk was very good. And I learned some abbreviations, too. E.g. NLB.
Right after that show, a 1-1 with Victor. I had two questions: 1. wtf with our swagger plugin, and how do I configure the contents of our jfrog. Got answers. 2. What was that about switching from packet processing to stream processing of stations updates? Oh, it turns out that the providers of that information want to use push, while currently it's pull. Currently we pull it 4 times an hour. Better get it sooner and faster. Only problem is reindexing elastic search. But that's a side issue. So, I'll create cases in Jira for all that spike that I was working on, and then let Renato do planning or whatever.
Then I had to do some, well, social stuff on wikipedia (fix it after some idiots). Then my Covid turned me into an idiot or something. Done for today, good night.
