 Карен нашла там у меня смешной дефект в коде, что я послал на ревью. Спасибо ей; дефект поправил.

Теперь что. Добавил тесткейс.

Упс. Компилятор кирдык. scalac. Зацикливается.

Окей. Закомментировал пока большую часть того кейса.

Упс. Другие тесты не идут. А чо? А-а--а-а-а! Вставил запятую.

Вот что это вообще.

Настанет, наверно, момент, что я завяжу со скалой. Там какие-то ебанаты. Сейчас пошел очередной скандал, там какая-то дура, "заведующая скальной комьюнити", образование у нее - политология, из белградского университета, решила Джона де Гоуза не допускать в качестве спикера (или вообще?) на конференции. (Ну, к Джону главная претензия - что он лысый и мускулистый: не иначе расист.) Другого Джона (Прити) вообще выпинали отовсюду, потому что гелфренда одного левого экстремиста из Берлина нажаловалась публично, что ранее Джон Прити с ней трахался (а жениться не захотел).

Какая хуйня, прости господи. Надо вернуться на Форт, там дедушки мирные, все улыбаются (и я их почти что в лицо знаю, а уж по сорс-коду так точно, читал как стихи когда-то). Тоже маразм, конечно.

Ok, it's almost 8pm, why am I working?

By the end of the day Karen approved my pr, but with more good questions (so I'll have to fix these little things; I really love working with her).

Oh, and I reviewed Qiang's pr, wrote one suggestion, he implemented it; cool.

Spent this day working on decryption solution. Ok, now I do decrypt the data coming from the db, via the credentials coming from config. Had to cannibalize some code from William Ho, written a couple of years ago (before the layoff).

I had two parallel PRs, and when Karen approved one, and the other one was ready, I spent this evening (ok, 30 minutes) merging them. Is not it fun? Now integration tests are running (swagger reporting ancient warnings for William and Joseph (who left two years ago).

Karen found a funny defect in the code I sent her for a review. Thank you Karen! The defect is fixed.

Now what. Now I add a test case. Oops. The compiler fails.

Oops. It hangs in a loop. Well, ok. Just commented out most of that test case.

Oops. Other tests fail too. What?! Omg. Had to add a comma. What was it, really?

The time will probably come when I stop it with Scala. These people, they are crazy or something. Now we have another scandal. Some idiot, "the manager of Scala community", with an education in "politology", from Belgrade University, decided not to allow John de Goes as a speaker at a Scala conference. (The only beef with John is that he's bold and muscular: obviously a racist.) Another Jon (without an 'h') was kicked out of everywhere, because the girlfriend of a left extremist from Berlin had publicly complained that a while ago Jon had sex with her but refused to marry.

My God, what a bullshit. I have to return to Forth, the geezers there are all peaceful and smiling (and I almost know them personally; at least by their source code, in the old days I read that code as a poetry). That's stupid too, of course.
