But Karen is doing Karen, and she's trying to convince me that since I'm on pd, I'm supposed to not do my usual work, but go ahead and fix minor problems here and there. Ok, sure. Working on it.
Meanwhile, Jacob notified us that copilot is available. Cool! Installed it immediately. It works! Not always guesses my thoughts, but pretty close. So typing fast is not a required skill these days. Most of the work can be done while walking in the park. Then, when ideas and solutions settle, I can come over and type some letters, and the copilot does the rest. Thinking is (still) (temporarily) a human occupation. Cool!
Well, but before lunch I was partially distracted by some shit here, so there.
But around 4pm I went for a walk in the park (photos later), and figure out the whole solution (except the part that requires refactoring some crazy CPS code. I'll make it simpler.
When I got back, I did slap together some code, then I talked with Karen, when she told me I should not be working, but should be fixing (ok, sure, I can go ahead and fix my code and hers: it was her who introduced this crazy CPS style, instead of splitting token generation into three easy steps, overriding one step for specifics. Oh.
Anyway, I've a plan to go do some more work right after the shower. The problem is, I have not adapted yet to this new schedule. Trying to figure out.
