 Возьмем два предложения.

1. Маше не нравится Паша, потому что он дурак.

2. Паше не нравится Маша, потому что он дурак.

3. Саше не нравится Женя, потому что он дурак.

Или вот еще.

4. The dress does not match the hat because it's green.


В первых двух случаях, чтобы определить, кто тут дурак, нужно знать пол Маши и Паши.
В третьем мы ничего не знаем, и остается догадываться по окружающему контексту; единственное, что мы тут видим - это что кто-то тут дурак. 

В четвертом же мы не знаем, что зеленое, потому что это английский. Чтобы перевести на русский или на французский, надо знать, что тут зеленое-то.

 It's quiet in the morning.

So, I slapped together a "deploy to staging" pull request, and, not much else to do, slapped together also a small "library" project, and sent a PR to review. This one, it seems, nobody was interested. But I can as well just merge it myself, since there's no Jenkins project for it yet. Later.

Oh, and in that library copilot, when I was adding scaladoc to a test file, decided that it was

It made my day.

When my deployment PR was approved, I merged it, and tried to deploy. Kaboom fails, "timeout", in less than a second. WTF? Mahesh had the same problems earlier today.

It turned out some keys were expired, so that... so that we can just relax and wait until Swathi fixes all this.

Also, had four meetings. It's the start of a quarter, so everything's sleepy and dreamy (of future achievements).

One was the "standup", and it was ok. Next was a meeting where... Rajiv? Someone like that, I rarely see this guy, was talking about the problems he's solving, something with ads serving etc. He was talking fast and not very clearly, so I turned off the microphone and did my French.

Then a 1-1 with Karen; it's mostly about life, since all technical questions are being addressed immediately (but it's up to Swathi to fix).

Then something like a "planning meeting", but Renato is away, so Jacob was leading it. And ok, ok, what can we accomplish next sprint, or something. As much as we can. The "velicity", as they call the speed, really does not depend on development speed. We do have impediments, and we can't do anything about it. So I was doing my French.

Then, after that, Karen sent me links to two of my Jira cases, finished and closed, asking me to add more text (that's something like documentation). That I did with pleasure.
