Ok, I figured that updating over a dozen projects to adapt to the new version of scala play would be too much, and we should only upgrade the adapter. The fact that the new scala play allows us to introduce all kinds of configurations is not important, because we already have the code with all the configurations, so what next? Just make an adapter that would work with the new version.

Created a jira case for making this happen, in the next spring.

And I was working on it today.

Also, notified our pardners of the questions we have and the problems they will have. Hope they will understand it.
