Regardless to the flic (which I did not watch): L's have generally higher INT but low WIS, and cons often are the opposite. This is a problem. Though, having high WIS with average INT could help you build a good team, while high INT with low WIS generally does not work as good with this regard.

These are only correlations; counter-examples do exist (as in your original post).
