my regular mistake is that...
Oct. 26th, 2006 05:17 pmI assume that there is an infinite number of integer numbers, while for most of programmers in this world and age there are either 2^16, or 2^32, or 2^64 of them. Tastes may vary. Of course the generations of 2^16 numbers will retire soon; new generations are sure that there are 2^32 integer numbers and 2^64 "long" numbers. They'll go too; but while they are here, it is really hard to talk to them. We are in different universes.
