Меня этот факт очень удивляет – как они могут брать на себя ответственность и говорить, что является лженаукой, а что - нет? Это - мракобесие какое-то».

Has anybody ever found anything meaningful in that grave of content?

I've been intermittently having acm membership, but I feel like it is all old, cheap, primitive stuff for pretty much dumb people that want to pretend to be smart and modern.

And they want ~$200 per year for membership.

Just got their spam again, "February issue of Comm. ACM" - a list of links to articles; opened one, something about "type theory in modern programming" - all this amounts to listing a couple of foundation works, mentioning Wadler and Cardelli, and scaring people with security leaks if they "don't use types".

Then there was something about "weird higher dimensions" (as if some dimensions are high and others are low), but they did not let me in... oh, fuck them. Marked as spam.

идея колхоза

Интересно, вот, если по нынешним временам, так идея колхоза кажется практически бредовой и нереализуемой.

А между тем их в СССР не пришельцы внедрили, а всё сами, сами. Комиссары через 10 лет пришли завершать начатое не ими. Как я понимаю, колхозы устраивали на территории России большей частью. Коммуны, ТОЗ, сельхозартели - причём частенько землю отбирали у монастырей. Ну ладно, на чужой земле чего ж не покуролесить - но ведь и свою землю немало кто добровольно сдавал в коммуну.

Потом, конечно, года оккупировали другие страны, и стали это дело внедрять, тут-то и началась этнически-классовая борьба; а Афганистан, как я понимаю, вообще на дыбы встал, когда им там советские люди колхозы решили внедрить.

Кажется, что по нынешним временам устроить какой-то колхоз даже и в России совершенно невозможно, проехали.

Так вот, что это было? Что это были за люди? Мы ж их не понимаем совершенно.
