what the team is working on
top 3 parsers: uhc, cigna, aetna
support OOP
work on current sprint
need to convert old OOP data to new OOP data
Rupa: it’s Ravi’s job
June - will work on new parsers, make sure parsers are there
Abhay (a qa) is now a scrum master
Vlad - tech lead (before it was Kurt)
Kurt will remain Divyesh, Rupa, Vivek’s manager
Kinnar:
we’ll talk about release mgmt, Kurt - India ops, release mgmt
every1 focus on deliverables
hold off architecture changes
Abhay will scrum with testing
Amber works with Abhay
Kurt: I’ll still be a manager
Kinnar: reporting still to Kurt
will check in 90 days
Shari: sprint, but different
Rupa: any effort estimation?
Divyesh: turndown charts, help estimate
Haroon: just 6 days per sprint
Me: who defines what should be done?
Kinnar: Shari, Abhay do.
not much refactoring within next 60-90 days
Haroon: not our responsibility to make estimates, it’s Shari
