So, spent all day investigating how t.f. this heavenly set of shell scripts works, and why. Watched the Spanish guy's video, rewatched it. Experimented with the scripts.
Also, tried to get out of the engineers how and whether do they generate beautiful diagrams, and what do they have to do for that, and does swagger help? It turned out, all is done manually, and nobody knows anything about how to automate.
Wrote my findings in the jira case. Wrote to Janet, our PM, that it may make sense to meet tomorrow and discuss it.
Was taking long breaks, because you don't need a computer to think, it's better to walk while you think.
Then, at 21:30, we had a "scrum", which consisted of me and Bill, so we discussed this problem, and Janet (our brilliant Janet), and basically agreed that we don't need those beautiful diagrams, we need pages generated by swagger, like... like in one of the previous companies, have to get in touch with someone from there, or, rather, from someone who's not there anymore, like e.g. Victor, and get some hints.
That's it. While they allow me to think, I'll be thinking.
