Нет, не зря. РТ при переводе переврали. Переводить "Russia and the Ukraine Make Peace ... Sort of..." как "Россия и Украина помирятся" - некорректно. Кроме того, они не упомянули, что Фридман - больше не в Stratfor. Это тоже важно.
