KQED voting

I've just sent my vote.
Of course I am against renaming KQED to something nameless, like "public california broadcasting".
Of course I am against the idea of stopping letting members to vote.
In view of these two, I am against extending the board's terms, and against extending the board - 27 people, for a company with a $60M budget - is not it too much?
