1. Listening to Fox yesterday, enjoyed Hannity saying that he does not remember any administration that listened less to the public's opinion than the present one. He has a very short memory, does not he?

2. Looked up today the basic items of the new health plan. Well, first, there's no item I would object to. Objectively, they all look good. Except I don't know how they are going to find and penalize all those homeless people that do not have their insurance. That's kind of ridiculous, federal penalties. Who is going to do it, IRS? Second, personally myself may even profit from this plan. Which is a good point, too.

3. I know Obama is a liar. We should treat him similar to Kissinger: a very smart person who lies all the time. But that's okay; so far no harm done. You cannot seriously blame Obama or Bush for the financial crisis while holding the point that state a) is incompetent, and b) should not interfere.

So next time they ask me I'll probably vote for Obama. Look at how graciously he had shown middle finger (actually the middle finger of his African-African brothers) to the global warmingers!

I feel like he did his best to make sure we do not do anything.

It is not true - he promised to give a lot of money already (Copenhagen) when nobody even ask for that.

I think you are mistaken - we wants to pass cap-n-trade, but there's only so much that can be rammed though congress simultaneously. Once he's done with socializing the healthcare (or gets an impression it can't be done right now), the energy industry and everything cap-n-trade could reach can prepare for being reformed next.
As for Copenhagen - even Obama is not ready to sign a blank check to the third world, and that's what the third world demanded in Copenhagen. If they get reasonable, and if Chinese find way to profit on it - more govt control is not a good incentive for them, unlike Obama, since they can already have as much control as they wish - it still can be done, but Obama can't do much by himself there.
