Spent time doing strange things.
Because my Big PR (59 files) has been around for about 3 weeks now, and Brad just does not dare to look at it again, I split it into pieces, and sent one for review. No rush, eh.
Also, approved on bot's pr, but another was strangely misbehaving. One test fails in Jenkins, but not locally, and I can't see how, because what it does it just pulls a doc from a service and compares it with what it has. And? Weird. Sent it to Deren (or Daren? whatever), since he was the last one to touch manually that project.
Meanwhile, people started asking wtf is going on with the OPs case where we use a wrong email address. I wrote to them, listing the questions I would ask, but... and you know what, Brad pointed me to the right tools. And to the right log for the right service. Except that the log is, strangely, either unavailable or empty. And I'm still installing the tool, which involves installing Go. It still does not work, because of artifactory.
And there's another case I've been investigating, where the library we use seems to not match the source code, and why exactly? I can build the library, now the question is, is it the same binary? Or? I'll have to check out Jenkins builds.
There was no "standup", so we all just posted status in Slack. And why? Because Jeremey is moving to another team, and he does not care. Cool! I like managers who don't care.
